About Us
My name is Josh Shrier
I have been full-time doing business consulting since I was straight out of college when I was only 20 years old. In my earlier career, my father and I ran a software company together in California near Palo Alto in Silicon Valley. I was very fortunate to have worked for large billion dollar publicly traded companies, such as Oracle, Intuit, GAP Incorporated, Stanford University, and Morgan Stanley.
However, it has always been my passion to work with small business owners, because their ability to make changes relatively quickly is much easier when there’s only one primary decision maker who has the final say.

I have been learning personal and professional development for about 25 years now. I pride myself on being a very good judge of character, and a person who knows how to help my clients in an individual way. and not a one size fits all approach.My experience has taught me that many small business owners have certain mental and emotional hang ups that prevent them from reaching their ultimate potential. It is my job to help you break through those blocks, and reach your full potential.
Website design
Our team of website designers specializes in getting you beautiful, professional and a unique looking website within a week, if you are able to have all the information ready to go at the exception of agreement.
Are pricing for websites is as follows, $1,000 for a standard five page site, which usually includes a homepage, a services page, an about us page and the contact page.
There is also a $300 yearly maintenance fee, which is to ensure throughout the year that your site is always 100% secure, updated and frequently backed up in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
Personal and professional development coaching
You will obviously need to update your website and add content, pictures, videos, and any other media that you may have.
There are two primary ways to deal with this.
1. We offer training on how to access the part of your website which will allow you to update and add any content or media you want.
2. If for whatever reason you feel that option will not work for you, or you feel that you don't have time for this, I work with a team of administrative assistants that I can help manage anything to do with your website.The total cost per hour for that service is $20 an hour, because the outsources have to be managed to ensure they follow your instructions.
Online and offline marketing
Our team of marketing experts has worked for years in many different Industries. See how you will benefit from both free media, ads and also obviously traditional forms of off line marketing, such as radio, billboards and direcy mail. Typically we meet as a three-way meeting between the client, our head of marketing and me. After that meeting, our marketing director will send you a proposal, and then we can proceed from there.
