About Us
I believe I offer a special blend of high level business consulting, as well as both personal and professional development coaching.
My name is Josh Shrier.
I have been full-time doing business consulting since I was straight out of college when I was only 20 years old. In my earlier career, my father and I ran a software company together in California near Palo Alto in Silicon Valley. I was very fortunate to have worked for large billion dollar publicly traded companies, such as Oracle, Intuit, GAP Incorporated, Stanford University, and Morgan Stanley.
However, it has always been my passion to work with small business owners, because their ability to make changes relatively quickly is much easier when there’s only one primary decision maker who has the final say.
In terms of professional and personal development coaching, I have studied this field extensively for about 25 years now.
In my own personal and professional development, I have been able to achieve certain things, with consistency, even in certain extreme goals that most people do not try, let alone succeed at. I believe that I am able to help most people who are committed, and motivated. I use a very practical approach which emphasizes slow consistent growth which ends up in long-term success.
